Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 days after the date the item is delivered. Punctual dispatch of either the parcel or a written statement of cancellation suffices to comply with the time-limit. No reasons must be given for the cancellation of an order. In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss of value due to use. This also applies to items that have been used with care. Compensation must not be paid if the item has not been used at all within the cancellation period. The cost of returning items must be paid by the purchaser unless an incorrect item has been delivered. Reduced items are excluded from the right of cancellation. AMProducts is entitled to withdraw from any contract that is based on a spelling mistake, a misprint or an arithmetical error on the website, in advertisements or on flyers. The court of Innsbruck, Austria has jurisdiction.
